This means you can:
- Cost projects and budget accurately before a project team is locked in
- Explore scenarios to test how different resourcing options, like seniority, affect profitability
- Move seamlessly from estimating to scheduling once the team is assigned
From roles to people, without the rework
Once your project is closer to kickoff, simply assign team members to the roles youve planned. Your estimates will stay intact, and youre ready to go.
